Under the supervision of the Centre Director and or Assistant Director, the Early Childhood Educator is responsible for providing a safe environment and programmed activities which stimulates and builds on each child's areas of development physically, emotionally, socially, intellectually, creatively and sensory.
The Early Childhood Educator shall maintain a consistent concern for the health and safety of all children at all times.
Guiding children's behavior is done by the educator in a manner that supports the centre's philosophy, policies and procedures and adheres to the Child Care regulations.
The Early Childhood Educators is expected to build and maintain a positive professional relationship with children, their families, coworkers, and the Director, Assistant Director and or supervisors.
Responsibilities also includes cleaning and environment maintenance.

- Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities, field trips and special activities
