The Revenue Division of the Ministry of Finance is Saskatchewan's primary tax collection agency. The Division is responsible for the administration of several tax programs including the Provincial Sales Tax, Liquor Consumption Tax, Fuel Tax, Tobacco Tax and Corporation Capital Tax.
Confident individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and working knowledge of accounting and auditing principles who desire to work as a Business Auditor in these challenging and rewarding positions could have employment opportunities available in the Regina and/or Saskatoon office.

Within a team of audit professionals, the Business Auditor conducts audits on provincial and inter-provincial businesses to ensure compliance with various provincial tax statutes. This involves examining business records, performing audit tests, compiling audit findings, preparing oral and written audit reports, and presenting audit findings in a professional manner. As a Business Auditor working in the Audit Branch, approximately 4 to 6 weeks of your time will involve overnight, out of town travel in order to complete field audits within and outside of Saskatchewan.
