Job Description:
Are you looking for a fast paced career leading a team in a growing creative content agency?  Consider Story & Brand!  In this full-time position you will be responsible for coordinating and leading your team.  You will also be responsible for exceeding expectations with existing clients and approaching potential clients for business.

Responsibilities:
- Working with clients to produce new ideas for promotional campaigns & marketing communications
- Assessing client needs, developing proposals, and delivering solutions.
- Brainstorming meetings & creative sessions with your team.
- Supervise daily workflow, assign projects & workloads, and monitor deadlines & budgets.
- Developing exceptional copy that meets clients requirements.
- Assisting clients in resolving issues and responding in a timely manner.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and the owner, and managing a team of graphic designers effectively and respectfully.
- Develop the Sales & Marketing plan
- Able to organize and plan social media posting for Facebook, Instagram and websites.
- Ensure your team is up to date on all sales & marketing activities
- Coordinating & scheduling the team for events (photo & video shoots, etc.)

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourceful and resilient, with a sense of responsibility and a strong work ethic
- 1 year experience in sales & drafting proposals
- a diploma in visual communication or graphic design, or 2 years of equivalent experience
- Photoshop
- Valid drivers license
