Summary of Duties:
Reporting to the Manager, Outlets the Concession Counter Attendant is responsible to provide a high level of customer service while receiving customer food and beverage orders and accurately inputting the order into the point of sale system and accepting payment for those orders. The Concession Counter Attendant also maintains a clean and organized workspace and follow established procedures for maintenance, cleaning and operation of concession area and equipment.  Performing duties in a pleasant and courteous manner to all customers in one of our various concessions stands throughout the campus.  In addition, this position follows standard directions and processes related to food and beverage operations.

Candidates will be assessed on the following information;

Education and Experience:
Grade 12 education is preferred.
Previous experience working with an automated till system/POS and cash handling.
Previous experience dealing with and serving customers in a fast paced, high volume environment.
Must have valid Food Safe and Serving it Right (SIRs) certification.

Hours of Work:
Shifts are on Game Days ONLY for the Regina Pats Season, ending May 1, 2020. Start and stop times; days of week may fluctuate in order to meet operational requirements. Terms may be extended for playoff season.
Shift A: 16:00 to 21:15 (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays)
13:00 to 18:15 (Sundays & Stat Holidays)
Shift B: 17:00 to 21:15 (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays)
       14:00 to 18:15 (Sundays & Stat Holidays)
