Who you are:
Strong client relationships are important to you. You enjoy playing a central role in service to our clients by bringing superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to everything you do.
The Property Administrator in Regina will be responsible for supporting the Property Manager and assisting in the overall management of the real estate portfolio.
What you bring:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced and dynamic administrative position.
Post-secondary education from a recognized business school.
Strong relationship-building ability, collaborate and work effectively within a team environment, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful.
Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.
A desire and willingness to learn.
Exceptional word and excel skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting.
Experience working with the public.
Bonus skills and experience:
Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi.
