Job Description: Under the direction of the Regional Director of Food & Nutrition Services, this dietitian will be responsible for maintaining standard and efficient system processes using the department computer system.  This involves providing guidance and support to staff regarding processes and computer system use. Project work includes planning, measuring, implementation and evaluation.  This position is responsible for computer system support related to therapeutic restrictions, allergies and general user support. Home base will be the Victoria Hospital.. Some flexibility in hours may be required.  You may also be required to provide medical nutrition therapy which includes nutritional assessment, screening, developing evidence-based care plans, counseling, nutrition support, and other needed nutrition interventions for the patients/ clients of the Regional Health Centre.  This dietitian will work collaboratively with all members of the health care team to create a patient/ client and family centered environment conducive to the provision of quality care.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nutrition
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association
Experience
Previous experience with Computrition and as a dietitian

90 hours of work in a 3 week rotation.

Expected Start Date: October 21, 2019
Expected Up To Date: October 19, 2020
FTE: 0.80
