Explore this unique opportunity to join a highly respected Mechanical Engineering Consulting firm
based in Regina, Saskatchewan.

As Mechanical Technologist (interm-senior level), you will have a key role in supporting the design and construction of a variety of building projects.

As Mechanical Technologist, you will:  

1. Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing and fire protection systems, using AutoCAD and Revit.
2. Coordinate and consult with Team Members, Architects, Project Managers, Building Owners and Contractors to detail components, systems and provide design solutions.  
3. Conduct heating and coding load calculations.  
4. Provide field services and inspection during construction.  
5. Attend meetings, take minutes and provide reports.  Coordinator construction and design changes with the project team, owner representatives or contractors as required.  
6. General office duties and client liaison.  

Projects include commercial buildings, institutions, multi-use residential and light industrial, with construction values ranging from tenant improvements/renovations to $100M.

Education:
- Diploma in Mechanical Technology.

Experience:
- 7-10 years related mechanical experience in HVAC for commercial buildings.
- Ability to do design-load calculations.  
- Strong technical skills and aptitude for the building construction industry.
