We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Schulte team. The position we are currently hiring for is Quality Assurance Lead hand.The Quality Assurance Lead Hand will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the companies Quality initiatives.

Essential Job Functions:
1. Ensure that Schulte meets or exceeds the legislative requirements for Quality
2. Provide support and leadership to improve measurement and communication processes in regards to Quality
3. Provide initiatives to ensure continuous improvement of all practices as it pertains to quality
Conduct regular quality audits and submit reports to the appropriate managers  
4. Ensure the ISO 9001 QA System is implemented, maintained, and the standards of practice are met
5. Perform Quality inspection and improvement initiatives
6. Ability to write and develop procedures
7. Manage the successful completion of external audits
