Our client, a leader in the financial sector in Regina, is currently seeking an Investment Associate to join their fast-paced Wealth Management Team for a permanent opportunity. The ideal candidate will act as a resource person for clients and assist the investment advisors with administrative tasks and transaction processing related to the managing of client accounts.

The successful candidate must be dedicated, driven, hard-working and have an entrepreneurial spirit. As the Investment Associate, you must be able to multi task and work alone or within a team. The Ideal Candidate:
Diploma in business administration, accounting, finance or similar field of study
Minimum of three years industry experience, preferably in an administrative or operational capacity
Registered as an IR with IIROC
Professional designation such as PFP or CFP considered an asset
Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Detailed-oriented and organized
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure with a strong ability to multi-task
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and clients at all levels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong initiative and ability to work effectively without supervision
Fulfill Continuing Education requirements  keep abreast of industry policy and procedure changes
