Ranch Ehrlo Society has an exciting career opportunity within its Residential Treatment Program. If you are interested in pursuing your career with a nationally recognized treatment program, we are looking to fill the role of part time temporary (50%) Caseworker in one of our specialized residential programs in Prince Albert.
We are dedicated to providing quality residential treatment services to children and youth who are experiencing a range of social, psychological, behavioural, cognitive, and psychiatric difficulties. Services are provided through holistic, psychosocial therapies, designed to enhance the well-being of individuals and their families.
The caseworker provides assessment, treatment planning, and individual and group counseling services to youth. The caseworker will work with educational, and treatment teams, as well as families and stakeholders, to provide a comprehensive treatment program.
Candidates will have:
Masters degree in psychology, social work, or other relevant human service field (those in the process of completing their masters degree will be considered)
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team environment
Working knowledge of human development and interpersonal trauma in children and youth
Sound ability to complete psychosocial assessments and design corresponding treatment plans
Cultural awareness and sensitivity
Excellent organizational skills and strong motivation to work within a highly demanding role
Must be a current member or eligible for membership in relevant professional association
Salary range for master prepared clinician is $78,048 to $100,891 depending on experience.
