This Systems Analyst 365 delivers the support, research, design, development & implementation of internal cloud-based productivity, collaboration and enterprise content management tools, including: 1) Microsoft 365: SharePoint (Intranet & Collaboration), Teams, other 365 tools and 2) Azure Active directory, as it relates to Office 365.

The position will provide Tier-2 operational support for the tools, and strategic direction and development within said tools.

Key Outcomes:
The Systems Analyst Office 365 role supports the delivery of cloud solutions (Office 365 and Azure) for the company by executing the development and implementation of services and solutions that enable business partners to improve productivity and collaborate with others, both external and internal.   This role will manage user security for external partners and provides business analysis, process assessment, and training for business partners.

This position contributes to the effective delivery of collaboration systems (Teams, SharePoint and others), strategies and initiatives to support integration and decision making.

The Systems Analyst Office 365 ensures the system maintenance & reliability of cloud platforms including Azure & Office 365 as well as contributes to the security, business continuity and risk management goals of the organization by designing & following appropriate processes, guidelines and standards.
