Harbour Landing Village is looking for a Senior Living Sales Leader!
Our Senior Living Leader serves as a key brand ambassador responsible for increasing brand awareness and generating new revenue opportunities for Harbour Landing Village and its various service offerings in the market. A Senior Living Sales Leader must have a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. Leadership abilities and a quick-start mentality is a must! The Senior Living Sales Leader will ensure that the customer acquisition process is seamless and positive from start to finish, as well as providing leadership Senior Living Sales Advisor. They will be a go-to for sales expertise for all other department leaders.
As a Senior Living Sales Leader, you will lead the charge in all sales-related functions. You will spearhead the sales process from start to finish, from seeking out and building community partnerships to drive client acquisition, to providing tours and answering prospective resident questions, and to successfully closing the deal. During the process, you will work with the Senior Leadership team. You will be key in developing and implementing strategic sales plans, collecting data and market research, developing reports and presentations on sales statistics, and budgeting. Leadership experience is considered an asset!
What do you bring?
-A business degree with a major in marketing, communications, public relations OR relevant experience in a service industry-related position and/or proven success in direct sales is required for this position.
-Knowledge of the Senior Living sector is considered an asset, but not required.
-Flexibility and agility are a must!
