Description

This position includes maintaining the inventory of the compound - recording impounds, releases, processing payments, etc., using custom computer software. Knowledge of and proficiency with Excel & Word, and strong math skills, are required. The position also involves other duties related to roadsides (closing calls, preparing & generating invoices, etc.), performing Merchant deposits, and some basic accounting duties. The successful applicant will be able to multitask & prioritize in a busy environment. They will be self-motivated and be able to work independently, alongside other staff members. Attention to detail and the ability to remain focused is essential, as well as strong customer service skills and a pleasant phone manner. This is a Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm position.
