Four Seasons Sales is looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator!
The warranty administrator will be responsible for processing warranty claims,providing customer service and ensuring all paperwork is correct and submitted appropriately.
Duties included but not limited to:
Verification of all criteria as required by the manufacturer
Reconciliation of warranty receivables
Posting warranty credits
Resubmitting claims
Tracking warranty parts
Arranging shipments of warranty parts
Creating requests for warranty repairs
