Ideal candidate will assist in ensuring that administrative functions are run efficiently and professionally with adherence to confidentiality and Co-op Brand standards. Will be responsible for providing administrative support to CEO, Senior Management and internal departments, answering phones and greeting internal and external customers, prepare, review and perform complex and varied confidential administrative work under specific time constraints and deadlines. Will perform data entry, posts jobs ads, maintain training data base and assign and register staff for training. Will be responsible for arranging meetings, booking facilities, corporate vehicles, register for conferences and arrange for travel and accommodation. Will process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, order office supplies and assist with donations, maintenance of photocopier, fax machine and mail machine, order corporate apparel, filing, copying, and other office related duties.
Office Management Certificate with minimum two years office experience. Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, including mail merge and creating spreadsheets and charts, PowerPoint, Outlook and knowledge of office procedures and equipment. Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills with attention to detail, and demonstrated organization skills. Must be a team player, motivated and able to work independently and under pressure. Must portray a professional image. Temporary position.
