Summary of Duties:
Reporting to the Manager, Food and Beverage the Concession Bartenders main responsibility is mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly, accurately, and without waste for guests and servers. While providing a high level of customer service they will ensure work areas are clean; process a variety of payment transactions (i.e. cash, ticket or token) for products and make correct change when necessary. Bartenders also resolve conflicts; enforce liquor laws and Evraz Place policies and procedures. The Concession Bartender applicant must meet the qualifications to fulfill the duties of a primary position such as Concession Counter Attendant as required.
Candidates will be assessed on the following information;
Education and Experience:
Grade twelve (12) education is preferred, or a combination of relevant education training and experience.
Food Safe and Service best certification is preferred.
Serve it Right certification is required.
Previous experience in customer service.
Previous bartending experience is preferred.
Previous experience working with a point of sale (POS) system is an asset.
Previous cash handling experience.
Previous experience dealing and serving customers.
Must be 19 or older due to SLGA requirements for service of alcohol
