Summary of Duties:
Reporting to the Manager, Outlets the Concession Cook is responsible for preparing concession menu items, operating kitchen equipment, proper storage of food, unpacking and storing supplies in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas, and sweeping and mopping floors. They ensure food items are prepared according to quality and quantity standards as required by the event while ensuring the highest level of sanitation is maintained. The Concession Cook applicants must meet the qualifications to fulfill the duties of a primary position such as Concession Counter Attendant as required.
Candidates will be assessed on the following information;
Education and Experience:
Grade twelve (12) education is preferred.
Successful completion of a Safe Food Handling course.
Experience preparing foods as per standard directions
Experience in customer service an asset.
Shifts are 17:00 to 21:15 (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays) & 14:00 to 18:15 (Sundays & Stat Holidays) on Game Days ONLY for the Regina Pats Season, ending May 1, 2020.
Start and stop times; days of week may fluctuate in order to meet operational requirements. Terms may be extended for playoff season.
