Summary of Duties:
The Commissary Lead is responsible for leading by example to ensure a team of Commissary Clerks properly maintains the required inventory in the commissary and various storage areas. This includes the responsibility of receiving, inspecting and reconciling all incoming materials with the appropriate purchase orders/reports/
documents; tracking damages and/or discrepancies on orders received; unloading materials manually or with a hand operated or motorized equipment; ensuring all storage areas are maintained in a neat and orderly manner. The Commissary Lead will delegate duties, ensuring the appropriate and efficient completion of job functions, maintaining safety and a high level of customer service as well as providing ongoing training, preparing of position assignments, break schedules, event duties/responsibilities and ensuring proper adherence to Evraz Place policies and procedures by the commissary clerks. The Commissary Lead applicant must meet the qualifications to fulfill the duties of a primary position such as a Commissary Clerk as required.
Candidates will be assessed on the following information;
Education and Experience:
Grade twelve (12) education or a combination of relevant training and experience.
Forklift license is preferred.
Experience in similar role (shipping/receiving, warehouse worker) etc., is required.
1 Year experience in leading team of employees is required.
Experience in Food Service industry is preferred.
Must have a valid class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers License.
