Description

You are a data wrangler. You are not afraid to take on a new and will to succeed. You know enough about computers to know that theres a solution for every task. You take deadlines seriously and aren't afraid of a fast-paced environment. You are not afraid of having multiple tasks due on the same day. Your skills in Excel go above and beyond those of the typical office worker.

This position has the responsibility for assisting with the many facets of data services in a market research environment. Your primary duties include the following, but are not limited to the following:
Preparing sample files and loading them into the software system
Setting up projects including:
Development of custom email templates
Setting up quota groups
Preparing materials for the call center
Programming surveys
Testing a programmed survey on different mobile devices and web browsers
Preparing weekly project performance reports internal and external  
Preparing SPSS and Excel files for delivery to clients
Using Excel for mathematical calculations and manipulating data
Following and maintaining ISO 27001 processes and procedures

Skills

Technical aptitude with an ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Assets
Coded simple HTML and CSS driven websites
Used JavaScript and JQuery to improve those simple websites  
A college or technical school graduate
Taken introductory level courses in HTML, JavaScript, and at least one serious programming language
Worked in environments where deadlines really matter
Been tasked with manipulating data files
Have used Excel for more than just an inventory list
