Description

Horizon is currently recruiting for a Data Architect to work onsite at our client located in Regina.

Education & Certifications:
-University Degree in Administration and/or IT/Engineering
-The Open Group Architectural Framework (TOGAF) Certification is preferred

Experience:
-6+ years of cross discipline experience including IT and business
-Demonstrates expert knowledge of data architecture frameworks, methodologies and tools
-Solid experience in managing deployment of technology components in a specific technical discipline, ideally with a mix of skills that include technical architectures
-Experience with establishing and maintaining artifacts such as: logical and physical data models, standards, patterns, etc.
-Experience in creating and maintaining technical service models
-Practical based working knowledge of implementing data/information governance based on industry standards
