We are growing our team and are currently seeking a Program Coordinator to join us. This position is based in our corporate head office in Saskatoon.
About the Program Coordinator
As a Program Coordinator, you will work in different markets and provide tactical, hands-on support for our client's lottery programs. Collaborative in approach, you enjoy working with others and responding quickly to address changes in the marketplace. You are comfortable with frequent travel to work with key suppliers and clients to deliver exceptional service. You display professionalism and integrity in all your interactions.
You enjoy a fast-paced environment and handling diverse responsibilities such as developing detailed budgets and schedules, working with vendors and suppliers to develop prize packages, coordinating marketing and advertising materials, and executing promotional and media events. Your strong communication skills allow you to present information clearly and concisely in written reports.
If you have a degree/diploma in business or a related discipline, over three years of related experience, and intermediate to expert levels skills with MS Office, this may be the role for you.
