Description

We are currently looking for a full-time Office Administrator to support the ever expanding growth of our company. Reporting to the General Manager, the Office Administrator will be responsible for proactively developing customer relationships and providing knowledgeable services to our existing customer base. Our company is driven on top quality service; the successful candidate must be able to forward that top service on to our customers. Paragon Ag Services Ltd. will offer the successful candidate a competitive salary, benefit package, training and career development opportunities. Responsibilities' of the successful candidate will be working with accounting software, preparing and carrying through payroll, bank reconciliations, receiving and entering payables, billing, and most importantly working with customers on a day to day basis. The successful candidate must also have great attention to detail while entering data and working with customers.  Qualifications for the successful applicant will be to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a motivated self-starter as well as a team player. The successful candidate must have a valid Class 5 drivers license.
