The Role:
Working within a highly confidential and professional environment, duties will include:
Greeting all clients and directing calls
Coordinate client meetings
Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary
Maintain office security by following procedures
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, etc.
Assist the Management team with admin duties as required
Accounts payable
Receiving and processing cheques and certificates deposits
Keep updated record of office expenses
The Ideal Candidate:
A certified professional, having successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct & Practices Handbook
Eager to learn new skills and adapt to a changing working environment
Well-developed communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
Highly dependable and trustworthy, and able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
