Were looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day administration and delivery of human resources programs and services to WCUs employees. This includes recruitment, facilitation, employee relations, labour laws and legal compliance, compensation and benefits administration. You will be collaborating with other members of the HR team to support your fellow colleagues and meet the Credit Unions strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

    Undergraduate degree in Human Resources plus 4-5 years of progressive human resources experience.
    A CPHR designation is desired.
    Working knowledge and thorough understanding of HR legislation, both provincial and federal.
