Qualified person must have the following qualifications and requirements:

- Must have minimum 2 years of office experience.
- Two years motel experience preferred.
- Must be living in or willing to relocate to Estevan, SK.
- Must be available for work as per need basis, this is not office sit down job
- Qualified person will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining total operation of the
Motel.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns; Assign duties to staff and schedule shifts.
- Enforce and practice all company safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for
employees and customers.
- Collect payment and record money earned and spent.
- Assisting in other duties, as assigned.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., while performing the duties of
this job, the potential employee is required to frequently stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or
feel, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear; occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel,
crouch or crawl.

Budgetary Responsibility:
$0 - $100,000

Monthly compensation and future benefit with the company

Hired individual will be offered monthly fixed salary.
Manager suite may also be provided free of cost but will need to be discussed.
