Description

A professional, reliable and flexible Candidate required for a busy, fully computerized clinic.  Past experience as a Medical Receptionist or Billing Clerk preferred.  The clinic is open 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday to Friday and 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays.

Duties include:  Knowledge of greeting and registering patients; answering a 10 line phone system; booking patients; confirming on-line booking; filing; faxing; scanning; billing; and duties as assigned.  Must be able to multi-task; have excellent language skills; excellent time management skills; very detail-oriented and a team-player.  Previous medical office experience or a health related background is required in order to assist patients with ECGs, Urinalysis Testing and Blood Pressure monitoring, if required.  Knowledge of computerized billing; charting and insurance claim processes.  Most importantly, a willingness to assist Physicians and Patients with their queries.
