Part time hours would be from 20-30 hours per week. This would be a suitable position for s semi-retired person or someone with school age children. Qualifications:

Experience in accounts payable and receivable preferred, but will train the right person
Valid class drivers license
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a sense of organization and can work independently or as part of the team
Job duties:

Perform a variety of administrative and clerical office support
Balancing cash and bank deposits
Proficient in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows, data entry and electronic mail
Review, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and couriers manually or electronically
Manage office supplies and maintenance of office equipment
File, fax, photocopy and scan documents as required
Maintain office supply inventory
