Description

As Service Manager with a reputable Regina dealership, you will have a proven record of
leading a skilled employee team and successfully managing a fast-paced service department.

In this key role you will plan and direct the service department operations including:

1.0 General Management
Maintain a highly productive department and skilled work team focused on operations efficiency, teamwork, profitability and customer service.   Uphold the highest ethical standards.
Plan and prepare the annual operating budget, goals and objectives for the department.  
Provide leadership and direction to the service team.

2.0   Employee Leadership  
Coach, instill and maintain a positive, productive work environment.  
Direct the hiring and training of all employees for the service department.

3.0   Operations and Service  
Conduct daily communication and strategy meetings with service, parts and warranty teams to achieve targeted goals.  
Review daily reservation schedules, plan workflow and monitor vehicle servicing progress in the shop.  Meet with customers to resolve concerns regarding their vehicle service.  
Direct traffic flow in the shop and communicate workflow changes as they occur to the advisors.  
Monitor workload and provide support to the parts department employees.  

Experience:
A strong background in dealership service management is required, supported by a technical/mechanical knowledge of vehicle repair/maintenance.  
Demonstrated experience in managing an efficient and profitable service/operations department.
