Manage incoming phone calls, messages etc. (Reception relief as required)
Book appointments for clients
Maintain and update client database
Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
File documents for clients, submit letter, document or payment to CRA for clients
Help clients to submit different kinds of benefit applications, such as EI benefit, child benefit, and low-income family benefits, etc.
Prepare correspondence for the business or individual client including letters and reports
General office tasks as required by the owner
Speak Mandarin is an asset
