Ranch Ehrlo Society is currently seeking a Vice President of Residential Treatment. This is a very exciting opportunity for a dynamic and service driven leader who is committed to a high performing organization and service excellence.

Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Residential Treatment is a key member of the Executive team and provides leadership and direction to the Residential Treatment division  comprised of 7 Directors who oversee 35 residential programs throughout the province.  In the coming year, this role will work closely with the Vice President of Clinical Services to review portfolios ensuring optimal support to direct reports and continued service excellence to our clients.    

Experience and Qualifications:    
    Graduate degree in social work, psychology, or a related human services field
    8 - 10 years of program leadership and management experience in a large human services organization
