If this sounds like you, we'd like you to join our management team as a permanent full-time Director, Compensation & Benefits in Regina. SGI and SGI CANADA are growing with an aim to be a major Property and Casualty insurance provider in Canada. Staffing the organization to meet this growth is critical to our strategic success. This role has the unique opportunity of strategizing and delivering on compensation and job evaluation programming that meets our employee promise while supporting our corporate goal of attracting and retaining high quality employees. We need an enthusiastic and driven leader who can support their team to deliver strategically aligned compensation, benefit, and job evaluation programs and policies.

Requirements
To successfully perform the role, you will bring the knowledge & skills you have obtained from your bachelor's degree in business administration or commerce.  A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation would be considered an asset.  You will also bring the expertise you have obtained from at least four years technical experience in compensation and benefits, as well as six years of progressive challenging leadership experience within the human resources field.  An alternative combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
