Job brief
We are looking for Cooks who can prepare our delicious food according to our strict guidelines that will impress our customers with quality and taste in a timely and efficient manner.
As a cook you must be able to follow our strict instructions in cooking preparation and plate presentation. Also, you must be agile in a high passed, high volume, multi- tasking environment
Experience and Food-safe certification is a must!
Preference will bring given to cooks with steak and seafood grilling abilities.
***Must have your own reliable transportation, not your familys or spouses or roommates vehicle. Yours!

Responsibilities:Follow Set up procedures of workstations with all necessary inventory for the days expected volumes.  Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.  Ensure all food and other items are properly stored.  Ensure cleanliness throughout the kitchen.  Must be a team player
Good communication skills.
During hockey tournaments, and weekends, unusually high volumes will be happening all day and night.
Should have good physical condition and stamina that will be needed for these challenges.
