Description

Completion of formal post secondary training as a cook is preferred but not mandatory. Completion of at least one year of commercial cooking experience. Demonstrated ability to follow recognized sanitation methods in the preparation of food. Must be willing to work weekends. Duties include: plan and execute food preparation and cooking activities to meet menu requirements. Create decorative food dishes that will provide an overall positive presentation. Clean and sanitize all food preparation equipment.
