Description

Looking for applicants who are trained and experienced in:
Microsoft Office especially Word,Excel and client appointment calendar.
Responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and is the first point of contact for clients.
Need to have good organizational and communication skills both verbal and written.  
Must be able to work independently but also in cooperation with all other staff members.
Need a high level of confidentiality and the ability to multi-task.
Minimum 1-3 years' experience required.
Criminal Record Check required prior to hiring.
The Assistant Office Manager is a job-share position.

Position to commence as soon as possible
