Position Summary
This position is the central hub for our Group of Companies and is the first point of contact for clients, vendors, coworkers, etc.  As such, the company relies on you to display a professional, courteous, and pleasant attitude throughout all dealings.  It is important that we offer to assist in any situation to support the corporate vision of achieving Superior Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
The Corporate Receptionist position is critical to our team's success.  This individual must be able to multitask and contribute in a fast paced work environment, including but not limited to:
Answering phones and directing calls for a multi-line switchboard;
Coordination of office equipment / fleet vehicles;
Scheduling/maintenance of company vehicles;
Monitoring office supplies, kitchen necessities, and coffee inventory;
Handling the daily deposits;
Processing of all incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages;
Boardroom & meeting scheduling;
Data entry & filing system;
Administrative support for HR.
Qualifications and Competencies
A minimum of three years experience in a similar environment.
Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word is a requirement
Must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, professional communication, customer service, time management and prioritization of job duties.
