Description

The Rebel Enterprise is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant with experience to join our team.  Duties will include but not be limited to assisting with customer service functions including order entry, receiving phone calls, responding to emails, processing payments and invoicing.  This position also includes a large amount of data management and organization.  Microsoft Excel experience is an asset.
Our ideal candidate will have successfully completed post-secondary education in a related field such as Administrative Assistant or Business Administration, or related work experience. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, able to multi task, have great communication and organizational skills, and be a quick learner.  This is a full time permanent position. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
