Job Description
Provides efficient receptionist and clerical services to the organization and routine administrative support.
Duties include receiving and directing a high volume of incoming calls; greeting visitors; sorting and
distributing incoming mail; typing a variety of documents and providing clerical assistance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as the initial on-premise contact with visitors;
Provides direction to visitors and/or notifies appropriate employees;
Operates switchboard and receives all incoming calls;
Provides clerical assistance and support to other departments within office;
Data Entry and Filing
Arranges for special deliveries, registered mail, and courier services when needed
Perform administrative support tasks
Other jobs as assigned
Knowledge/Skills Requirements
Experience working in a receptionist position is an asset
Working knowledge of MS Office
Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
Ability to work in a collaborative team based environment;
Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking;
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Fluency in both French and English would be an asset.
