Retail Store Manager Noc: 0621

Key responsibilities:

    Develop and implement marketing strategies to determine customer demand and work directly with sales and service representatives to improve customer experience
    Manage staff and recruit, train & develop new employees
    Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
    Ensure inventory is protected in compliance with inventory management standards and Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
    Resolve problems as they arise such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
    Identifying opportunities for systems improvement and coordinating with vendors
    Continuous interaction with customers via social networks and implementing new social media trends.
    Coordinating with sales team to create unique and captivating advertisements, informative emails for new products,

Job Requirements:

Education:
    Minimum a university degree. Masters degree is an asset.    

Languages:
    Must possess strong communication skills in written and spoken English, Russian and Ukrainian

Experience:
    Minimum 4 years of experience as a manager or a similar role

Other Skills:
    Must possess knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media platforms
    Must possess Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft excel
    Knowledge of management, algorithm trends, content types, hashtags and geo-tags is an asset
    Effective verbal and communication skills

WORK HOURS:
35  40 hours a week.

SALARY:
$18  $21 Per Hour Depending on Experience
