Supporting the mandate of the Metis Nation - Saskatchewan Citizenship Registry, the Database Clerk will apply their education and expertise conducting typical modern Administrative Office tasks including:
- inputting information into database, spreadsheets, templates, etc.
- using office equipment to copy and collate documents for distribution and filing
- process incoming and outgoing hardcopy and digital mail
- serve cross-functionally with intake and reception
- import and export data between different software platforms
To be qualified, applicants must have a clean and clear criminal record check, be legally eligible to work in Canada, have superior computer and typing skills, are thorough and attentive to details, are team and customer service focused.
