West Park Crossing Retirement Community of Moose Jaw, a stunning 79 suite Personal Care and Memory Care community is seeking dependable, warm, and caring candidates for the position of Medication Care partner. The Medication Care Partner provides medication support to medically stable residents. They also assist residents will all activities of daily living including: personal hygiene and basic care, observing and reporting any changes in residents status to the Charge Nurse/DOW/General Manager.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma and completion of an accredited Personal Support Worker Program that meets legislative standards.
Medication Administration Certification
First Aid and CPR certified.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Available for ongoing training as related tot he needs of the residents.
