Description

Driven With Care is a Regina-based service designed to assist senior-citizens and those with mobility issues with transportation and companionship.

This position would require a prospective employee to operate a wheelchair accessible van (side-entry ramp) and occasionally accompany clients throughout the duration of their appointment.

Job Duties:
-Greet each client at their door/care home facility/hospital room
-Ensure the safe entry and exit of clients into the van
-Ensure each client is safely secured into the van
-Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times
-Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle
-Ensure clients are comfortably settled into their appointment/occasionally wait with clients throughout their entire appointment

Requirements:
-Possession of/willingness to get First Aid & CPR, Transfers Lifts and Re-positioning (TLR), and Class 4 Drivers License
-Good driving record

Given the nature of our service, some days will be full and others may be only a few hours long. Work will fall within Monday-Friday approximately 8-4
