The same way our members desire guidance in the studio, our fitness team and workout design experts equip our coaches with the skills they need to run an effective and dynamic Orangetheory class. The Orangetheory workout is designed by a team of fitness experts. The workout changes every day so Coaches will lead a new and exciting workout each day. When you're a Coach at Orangetheory, you are part of the trifectaScience, Coaching and Technologythat backs our science-based, interval-training workout.
This Coach position will involve 8-12+ hours a week of coaching. Coaching, Group and/or personal training credentials are a must to be considered for this opportunity.
