Maintain daily communication for food , wine and beverage details as they relate to service
Ability to culture a work environment where staff development and good work are recognized.
Accurately report all costs meets or exceed all budgets.
Demonstrate a passion for food beverage and all things related to the restaurant business.
Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts.
Maintain standards for product service quality, restaurant cleanliness & speed of service.
High attention to detail.
Ensure that routines are incorporated into the day-to-day operations.
Respond to customer complaints, taking prompt & appropriate action to resolve problem and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
Accurately complete designated duties such as
inventory control, ordering of products, cash
control.
Assist in optimizing profits by controlling
product & labor costs.
Staff, train and develop hourly employees
through hiring, orientations, ongoing feedback, establishment of performance expectations & by conducting performance reviews.
Prepare hourly employee schedules to meet the
staffing requirements for each day part as
determine by the GM.
* Restaurant management experience preferred.
* RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
* High School diploma or equivalent required.
* Qualified candidates must have excellent
customer service & employee relation skills.
* Must be available for a variety of day-time & evening, weekday & weekend shifts. Schedule is fixed but must have some flexibility.
* Candidates must have strong English language
skills, both verbal & written.
