The Regina Open Door Society Inc. is seeking qualified individual to staff the term full-time LINC Child Care Liaison / School Counselor position. The start date for this job is November 12, 2019.

Required qualifications/education
B.Ed. / BSW or equivalent education
Strong ability to work cooperatively in a cross-cultural setting
Experience and sensitivity in working with newcomers to Canada
Emotionally mature and capable of exercising sound judgment while maintaining strong boundaries
Proven accountability, resourcefulness, initiative, and professionalism
Well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills; ability to establish rapport and excellent communication with staff, clients and community organizations
Knowledge of Saskatchewan Child Care Sector
Strong technological skills; proficient in MS Office Suite, experience working with databases Knowledge of Saskatchewan Child Care Sector

Desired qualifications
TESL training and experience
Consideration will also be given to a combination of related university degree and formal TESL training/work experience
