Facility: St. Joseph's Health Centre
Job Description: St. Joseph's Health Centre Incorporated is an accredited rural integrated health care organization encompassing 26 beds/ Long Term care (23 beds) and 3 program beds, Emergency Medical Services (2 ambulances) and Lab Services. Serving West Central Saskatchewan (1 hour south of Lloydminster) the organization serves approx. 3,000 people.

The organization is owned by Emmanuel Health Inc. and operates in conformity with the Health Ethics Guide as approved by the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops. It is affiliated with the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA).

Reporting to the Emmanuel Health-St. Josephs Integrated Health Centres Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Director is responsible for the management and administration of all of the corporation's activities. The Executive Director is the secretary to the Local Council, a committee of the Emmanuel Health Board. A close working relationship is required with physicians, staff, SHA, Emmanuel Health, local municipal representatives and other relevant agencies.

The candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate and work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders including experience working with Governing Boards.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Commerce or related field
Valid Class 5 Driver's license
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Advanced computer skills
Ability to analyze complex situations and environments and produce workable and practical solutions
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and related software, including SharePoint
Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and professional developmen
