Description

We are looking for high-energy and versatile Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This is a one year term position to cover a maternity leave. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material are in line with our brand identify and standards.

Key Responsibilities
    Develop strategies and tactics to build our brand and drive traffic to our website and front door
    Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from creation to execution
    Website, Campaign, and Project Management
    Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like social media and Google
    Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social media channels that attracts and converts our target groups
    Prepare and monitor the marketing budget to ensure funds are being allocated wisely
    Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
    Analyze consumer behavior and adjust e-mail and advertising campaigns accordingly

Capabilities and Credentials
    Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related field
    Intermediate level computer skills in MS Office products including Word and Excel, and ability to use Google Suite of Products
    Experience with Adobe programs such as InDesign and PhotoShop
    Graphic Design experience
    Video Creation/ Editing experience would be considered an asset
    Experience with Google Analytics and AdWords is preferred
    Ability to work independently as well as be part of a team
    Detail oriented, self-motivated and resourceful
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Strong organizational and time management skills
    Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers
    Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
    Authorized to work in Canada and possess a valid and clean drivers license
