Description

My client is looking for an experienced Mechanical or Industrial Engineer that has experience in the artificial lift industry.
Responsibilities:
Create production drawings for parts and assemblies to be manufactured.
Ensure the integrity of parts being manufactured and due diligence of the assembly as per the drawings.
Create a system and procedure for testing the units to certify the quality before shipping.
Improve production by training other workers in the production department.
Complete end to end planning, direction and co-ordination of all the manufacturing processes.
Evaluate and suggest recommendations on the manufacturing quality control processes, types of manufacturing methods to be adopted, list of processes to be followed, tooling and suggest fixturing.
Research tools, methodologies and processes finding solutions to improve production efficiency communicating to stakeholders.
Design strategies to utilize the workspace effectively.
Calculate the production cost estimates and upcoming manufacturing requirements to facilitate decisions made with management.
Manage projects accordingly to get higher level of production efficiency.
Research and create new methods of manufacturing processes and provide recommendations to achieve maximum production capacity and efficiencies.
    Analyze the manufacturing methods, production processes, and production schedules comparing to statistical data to help, along with management, clearly identify the future requirements of manufacturing.

Prerequisites:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical and Industrial Systems Engineering.
5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of 3D CAD software SolidWorks
Experience working with hydraulics
