Nu Image Medical Esthetics is looking for a full-time Client Relations and Retail Administrator to join our team.

The front desk is the first point of contact for our clients, whether on the phone or in person and is a vital part of creating a positive client experience. Nu Image values and takes pride in offering exceptional customer service and views it as one of our main priorities. Therefore, applicants must be friendly, personable, and professional, and have the skill set to organize, plan and perform all the tasks and duties associated with the front desk. These tasks include, but are not limited to;

Greeting and assisting clients, Answering and directing phone calls, Booking appointments, Processing payments, Maintaining accurate records, Assisting clients in product selection, Preparing electronic client files, Maintaining client confidentiality at all times, Proactively planning for the day to ensure it runs smoothly, Maintaining a clean workspace, waiting room, and retail area,
Ordering and management of retail products.

Applicants for this position must have a strong work ethic, and be willing to go above and beyond their job duties to provide exceptional customer service.

To be successful in this position an individual must have an eagerness to learn, a positive attitude, and a strong passion for what we do!

Experience in sales and the cosmetic industry is an asset.
