Cupar & District Nursing Home Inc. is a level 3 and 4 Long Term Care facility located only 45 miles northeast of Regina.

Reporting to the Director of Care, the Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) is responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care and service provided to the residents of Cupar & District Nursing Home.  As an experienced practitioner, the RCC acts in the leadership role to provide specialized clinical expertise, coordination of resident care, and a support and teaching to the resident care team within a collaborative environment.  The incumbent must be able to multitask and, though the routine procedures are generally predetermined, critical thinking and independent judgment is an integral part of the position.  The incumbent must be a nurse, registered with the SRNA or the RPNAS and be a member in good standing.  Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience in Long Term Care.  Note: The position is Monday to Friday (subject to change); Hours are 0700-1530 hours (subject to change).  Pease contact Cathy Peters (Director of Care) for further details and/or job description.
