ICR is seeking a highly-motivated individual with excellent administrative, interpersonal and organizational skills. This Administrative Support role is a 1-year term, available immediately, with the possibility of extension or moving into a permanent full-time. The successful candidate will form part of the administration team that plays a key part in maintaining a positive, smooth flow of customer service, operations and administrative activities. This role will be responsible for maintaining a profession presence in the quality of documents and integrity of information.
KEY FOCUSES:
Adaptable, dependable and show initiative;
Time sensitivity and attention to detail is paramount in this position, ensuring integrity of data;
Successfully implement and maintain business applications and development;
Administer best practices for electronic document management maintaining records (hard/soft copy) with an emphasis on continuous improvement;
Actively participate in supporting Administration cross-training.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
3 to 5 years administrative experience and/or equivalent education
Experience in reading and summarizing legal contracts
Able to work within a team and take direction as well as lead/drive specific projects
Knowledge in real estate or real estate/contract law an asset
Superior organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to write letters and lease clauses and related legal documentation
Familiar with some advanced skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
i.e. mail merges, complex excel worksheets
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure with a strong eye for detail
Ability to work both independently and in a team situation
Ability to meet deadlines, without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.
